take a look -- you see officers catch up to suspect keith childress. metro says he refused commands to get down and show his hands. they thought he had a gun. las vegas. new information on the son accused of killing his own father. we just got the arrest report for eugene tshiyombo. police say last week, tshiyombo shot his father in the head, and then hid him under his bed. tshiyombo's mom reported her husband missing.... after finding his shoes, glasses, and a bloody pillow inside a car. cops found the dad's body and a handgun in eugene's room. detectives say the 21 year old told them his father didn't want him playing so many video games. tshiyombo is due in court tomorrow. report-vo an action news update now... on two people behind bars who shot and killed a man...asleep in his car, in a gym parking lot. the preliminary hearing for the suspects megan hippie and kyle staats has been postponed. it's now not until january 20th. according to the arrest report, hippie told detectives the duo were breaking into cars in the parking lot near rainbow and alta last week. the victim was neil gardner from california. now to that standoff in oregon

authorities and residents are urging the armed militia men...who seized federal land...to leave. but the men are not backing down. here's a live look at oregon now.. a press conference is set to start at any moment. we'll break in as soon as it does. let's get back to the fight -- the group calls themselves "citizens for constitutional freedom." they say the land doesn't belong to the government, but should be returned to america's ranchers. one man told a-b-c news he is prepared to die..to defend the constitution.
