run. the situation is becoming more intense at that militia standoff in oregon. we'll explain the tie to nevada. but first... the latest on the valley's constantly changing weather. thank you for joining us on rikki cheese. and i'm steve wolford. we're seeing some wild weather around the valley. let's get right to chief meteorologist bryan scofield with the latest. bryan. strongest chances for rain enter the valley today with widespread showers expected through the day. wet roads with possible local high temperatures will hover in the low and mid 50s with winds warning from 7am this morning until 4am wednesday morning. high winds and snow will be a must if traveling up charleston today. overnight, winds will drop into the rain chances continue through friday afternoon with weakening slightly but with snow expected around red rock wednesday into thursday, i do not want to rule out a possible so as bryan just told us-- roads are slick... action news reporter gina lazara is in live drive...

calling themselves.. citizens for constitutional freedom.. the group is remaining defiant.. and refusing to back down.. ((sot)) "??" several dozen ranchers.. some openly armed.. are holding their ground at this federal wildlife refuge. they took over saturday.. while no one was there.. first protesting the conviction of these fellow ranchers.. who surrendered and have since distanced themselves from the standoff.. the group then went onto claim their fight is over the thousands of miles of federal land.. which should be returned to america's ranchers. ((sot)) sheriff david ward / harney county (or): "it's timefor you to leavour community. go home to your families and end this peacefully." the sheriff is urging the group to go home and the fbi.. location.. is a sign of a double standard. staff at a puerto vallarta strip club called harem -- telling abc news that before his capture in the resort town, the affluenza teen was boozing it up there-- racking up a $1000 bill with lap dancers at harem - a favorite of drug lords, including el chapo guzman. when he couldn't pay all of his bill- bouncers escorted the teen who had been convicted of killing four in a 20-13 drunk driving crash back to the resort. there his his mother paid the tab sot kevin mcconnel: saw the details about it we were like really? what a stupid plan. for an escape plan it wasn't very well thought out. couch is fighting deportation back to texas. bill cosby's wife fighting back... and now camille cosby's deposition - scheduled for tomorrow- has been delayed. she has to testify in a defamation suit...filed by seven women accusing her husband of drugging and sexually assaulting them-- but not yet. in the motion, cosby says she's
