riverside, california.. and pleaded not guilty. enrique marquez was a friend of sayed rizwan farook. he is accused of conspiring with farook to provide weapons to the terrorists marquez also faces two counts of making false statements when buying two rifles, one count of marriage fraud, and one count of making a false statement on immigration paperwork. authorities believe he bought rifles for farook and his wife to use during the deadly attack in san bernardino on december second. president obama wants to spend half- a-billion dollars to expand mental health treatment and put federal mental health records into the background check system. but it's too late for bill and tricia lammers. in 2012, their son blaec (prono: blake) -- who was struggling with mental illness -- bought two assault rifles. the lammers were afraid of he would try to kill himself, so they called police, hoping he'd get help. instead he was arrested, and now he's in prison. they spoke to cnn's don lemon. a frontier jet on its way to san diego had to make an emergency landing here... the airport tells us the jet had engine trouble. fortunately, nobody was hurt. metro is changing its policy on non- injury accidents. in 20-14 they told drivers not to call 9-1-1 if they were in an accident that didn't involve injuries... a fender bender in essence. but now, they're changing that policy because they received additional funding for more officers. firefighters battle an overnight blaze at a storage facility near sahara and lamb. firefighters ended up having to cut through about 2-dozen units because they couldn't find the fire. fortunately.. no one was injured. and all three democratic presidential candidates are in town today. harry reid is hosting a dinner for them at m-g-m at 6. the candidates spent the day campaigning. we have crews at the various locations and will have more at 5.
