it's something to be mindful, and the chief brands we recognize, subaru, and the brand. both are doing very well with the utility vehicle that is we talked about are doing very well in the market. >> awesome, i know the unemployment rate has gone down but the interest rates will rise. >> there are some head winds related to things like the interest rates. when we look at the market, we think of consumer market is up, and gas prices are low. and overall, we don't see the interest rates are going to to have a negative impact when you look at the total market, in terms of auto sales. we're coming out of 2015,

and we expect the trend to continue for the seventh consecutive year of sales growth in 2016. >> that's incredible. who do you think is winning on the floor right now? >> well, we saw last night actually, we got to see a sneak preview of the mercedes, and it has the technology we talked about, and to talk with other vehicles, or information databases, it's a great looking vehicle as well. we've seen the chrysler unveil their pacifica mini van. they're coming back with a rename of the town and country. and it's got the technology and functionally that you love. and honda, just unveiled the ridgeline pickup truck. the second generation, the

to my office and they're getting garnished. >> how is that possible that's legal? >> it's legal, for a couple of reasons. and most think the only way to get served with a lawsuit is someone comes up and hands you a paper. but there's multiple ways. if they can't find you, if the plaintiff can't find you, they can serve someone at your house, who's over 18 years old. that's one way. but the third way, and most don't realize is they can serve you by publication. >> the old fashioned way? >> in the newspaper. >> who reads -- with all due respect, who reads that? >> not too many people and section, right? >> no. >> i've done that before. but most people don't do that. >> most don'ts and they -- don't, and they don't take the

and most people avoid the scary notices. when that happens, they don't know that they're owing creditors money. if a creditor can't find you, what they have to do is post the notice in a newspaper, once a week for four consecutive weeks. >> do they make a real effort to try to contact you? >> i think they do, especially before are they sue you. after they sue you, they make the effort to serve you. >> what does that mean? >> that means you're put on notice that you're being sued. that means with the paper -- >> who comes out? who serves the summon sns. >> anyone over 18 years old. someone can come to your job or find you on the street, and now you've been served. >> you have to be touched with the papers?

>> what if people run? >> some run, and they may want to fight it in court. >> you find out that you're sued, and there's a default judgement, do you go back and say, what do i do? >> you can try to reopen the case, and for the court to give you the default judgement, the plaintiff has to give a statement under oath, that they attempt today serve you, but you can go back and reopen the case, to defend the action. a lot of times, people may actually owe this debt and maybe they want to take care of it, or they didn't know or avoiding it. people put their head in the sand and if they don't know about it, it can't hurt them, but it can. sooner or later, you can be gharn -- garnished.

>> at once judgement, they bring the writ to the employer, and the plaintiff can take 25% of the net income. >> that's why they ask where you work. >> yeah. >> i thought they liked me, no, they don't. >> they like that you pay them. >> how do we get it reversed? >> perhaps by reopening the case or settle that dispute with the creditor. you can say hey look, i know you want to garnish, but what about if i give you this certain amount of money over a certain amount of time. or bankruptcy is an option too. as soon as you file a bankruptcy, the garnishment or the lien will stop. >> and your credit will take a hit. >> but it's worse than a bankruptcy. >> you've seen it all the time.

it's best if people open their mail or answer the phone calls, because then we can act proactively. if we wait too long, i can still help, but it'll hurt more. >> the longer you hide from it, the worse. >> it's not going to get better. >> tips for consumer, pay your bills. >> pay your bills, but a lot of people, that's not an option. somebody happened they need help to get back on track. don't dodge the phone calls. understand who's trying to sue you. >> generally if you work fwh good effort, they're willing to work with you. >> they may not give you the best offer. they understand, they can scare you and do everything to scare you into paying them. advice. a lot of lawyers will give you a

same. >> a lot of the companies use scare tactics, and it works. you don't know your rights, until you've been run over. >> and the first thing, we're a debt collection company. >> i know that, because i was a bill collector. the worst job i've had in my life. that said, if you're in a job to intimidate people. >> and once you give the disclaimer -- and people forget of it, as soon as it's told to them. >> it's incredible stuff. where are your offices? >> decatur. website? >> that's right. >> let peters & associates help

therapy program we have. we have at nathan adelson hospice. and pet therapy is one of the therapy that is we have, that's very very popular. most of our animals are shelter animals, not all of them, but most of them. our therapists are well aware of what the animals go through in the shelter. they're cold, scared, and they don't know where they are. we like to give back to the community. maybe the next dog you take care of with the blanket or bed or towel or unopened food is the dog with you pick up, and you come and work with us. >> provides the warmth and comfort as well. how long is this drive lasting? >> we started on january 4, and go to the end of february. lots of time to bring us stuff. >> you need beds, food, towels,

>> not really, blankets, wash cloths, and unopened food and we divide it up, and give it to eight different organizations in the valley. >> where do we bring it? to the hospice, you have the locations, or give me a call at this number. and i'd be glad to tell you what's closest to where you live. >> how long has this program been around f there, i've been there ten years. but it's -- they're really special. they come in and visit the
