easy, the program was easy. it was so healthy, i'm a pretty good cook. i make great food for myself and my husband and i went through menopause at 54 and all of a sudden, you know, they don't call it middle age spread for nothing. right? so i gained this weight and i couldn't lose it. and pound or two, and right back up, and pound or two and right back up. what i wasn't counting on, not just the night sweats, i started to not sleep well. i and i was to tired all of the time. >> you guys get the raw end of the deal. men should go through menopause. i'm sorry. the fact that you were able to beat it. >> i'm a real state broker.

have to a lot energy and you have to be and move the transactions to take care of your clients. for me, it was about making sure that i, you know, took care of my clients. i watched netflix during my down time. i was too tired to do that. >> you got her out of the netflix. >> you took care of her. my husband was taking the acid pills and he went on for 30 days, and eat the same food, just to do it with me. he lost 25 pounds, and reversed all of the his stomach problems. that's in 30 days. >> while they were watching netflix, they should have
