she's in the studio with us.... now. gina... does he regret what he did? steve and tricia -- kris luce made it clear multiple times in our interview today -- that he has no regrets.... and would even flip another officer off it he felt it was necessary! he stands by his opinion -- that he was just excercising his first amendment right. luce: "what is the charge? for flipping you off or giving you the middle finger like this? cop: "i don't know why you would wanna do that" luce: "cause you jumped in front of me. you slammed on both your brakes. this confrontation between kris luce and a metro officer has hundreds weighing in.... remove the tigers-- claiming the mitchells have a history of violations-- and abuse. sot brittany peet deputy director of captive animal law enforcement, peta foundation karl mitchell and big cat encounters are long time animal abusers but the county denied that appeal-- in a five oh vote-- they decided the mitchells could keep their permit-- and their tigers. a victory for the mitchells. but their attorney still says what should have just been a land use issue-- turned into animal abuse accusations-- from an organization who does not operate in pahrump-- and has never seen the mitchells interact with their tigers. sot thomas gibson attorney at law, representing mitchells i don't appreciate as a nevadan, and as a resident of nye county, i don't appreciate outsiders coming in and telling us how to run our organizations marissa tag since the appeal was not granted-- and the tigers get to stay in pahrump for now-- peta officials say theyll continue to monitor the mitchells actions with the animals-- and determine their next step. reporting in nye county-- mk-- ch13an. a live look outside right now.....

movie has once again..... shut down part of the strip. action news reporter.... bryan callahan joins us live..... near harmon and las vegas boulevard with a look at all the excitement. bryan... there has been a lot of set up going on here over the last few hours as the crew prepares for another night of filming. our cameras caught a lot of activity was centered in this same area last night. it's all part of the scenes being shot here for the latest bourne movie starring matt damon. of course all of the stuff is expected to lead up to that restrictions, but love the extra attention. don works nearby "it was shut and we didn't know it. so the buses and detours and everything. but it's beautiful. it brings more tourists and people and things of that nature so i love it." (butted to) crystal sharp works nearby "i think it is exciting. i think the tourists are going to love that matt damon's movie is playing out here." we are being told filming for the movie could extend into next week.

along with the new bourne movie.. nevada film officials say more major productions are on the way. clark county issued nearly 450 film permits last year but most were for very small productions. today.. officials were excited to unveil the largest production facility in las vegas. "vegas production studios" will be used to film and produce major motion pictures. "from the crews to the equipment to all the specialist, the graphic designers, and the editors and all of that, and we do all of that right here in htis production facility so it's kind of a mini universal studios if you will."
