assault on a minor under 16.. and one-count of lewdness of minor. holland pleaded not guilty last week and even offered to take a polygraph to prove his innocence. his defense lawyer says the accusers made-up the stories because they were jealous of his relationships with other women. metro has arrested this woman.... after a man was found shot to death..... inside an empty home. -37- year-old michelle horn.... now faces charges of murder and robbery.... with a deadly weapon. it happened.... two months ago... near flamingo and decatur. neighbors say.... the home was occupied.... by squatters. right now... police are looking for a man.... who shot another man and took off. it happened this morning.... near lake mead and hollywood. officers were called out..... after getting several calls but... is expected to be okay. the presidential candidates are starting to focus more on nevada.. as we close in on the first votes of the primary season. on the democratic side.. former president bill clinton is in las vegas to campaign for his wife hillary.

"did you ever buy a gun before? no. never." a video is going viral.. showing how easy it is to buy a gun in nevada. comedian steve hofstetter took the video along with a friend at a gun show in henderson. in it.. hoffstetter.. who is not a nevada resident.. makes it obvious to the saleswoman that his friend is buying the gun for him. but.. he says it didn't slow the process down. within five minutes.. they walk out with a gun. "did he pass?" "i passed. i'm all good." to show us what's going on. stephanie.. people in the area say the walgreens behind me is the epicenter of the camp for homeless people and squatters...and it's really affecting people who live in the apartments behind the shuttered store. we went right up to it and could hardly believe what we saw. it was like a real living area. there was food, utensils, cooking supplies, even vitamins all neatly tucking in behind the walgreens. several homeless people approached us and told us this is where they live. but the people living legally at the apartments just a stone's throw away say it's a mess for them derek robertson lives near homeless camp 12.24.02 you're just constantly wondering, looking over your shoulder because there's people coming through the complex 08 breaking into the mailboxes 10 digging through the trash cans 12 we called metro and they said they'd make their community policing unit in the area aware of the situation. coming up on action news live at six, we'll show you what they did.
