was out of control was an understatement. darcy tag: when we asked maciszak about the masturbation and pornography incident at garside, his captain, who was supervising the interview, abruptly cut us off. district officials refused to go on camera saying this is a personnel matter. but they confirmed action was taken after an administrative investigation. darcy spears, channel 13 action news. we're staying on top of breaking news on the las vegas strip. gunshots ring-out on a packed friday night in front of the bellagio.. during the fountain show. we'll take you back live to the scene as metro investigates exactly what happened. plus... setting their sights.... on women. how ladies are transforming the gun industry... one clip at a time stay with us.. we're staying on top of

rain showers will be very light and won't drop more than a couple hundredths of an inch in the valley and will do so in the overnight hours so impacts will be negligible, but it could affect some late night plans. skies clear out for sunday with colder air aloft keeping temperatures cooler, expect highs in the upper 50s sunday and monday with another weak, dry, system moving through the area monday bringing some more high clouds. dynamics with that system are weak so it'll mostly be a wind producer especially late monday into tuesday when winds will be the strongest. right now winds don't look too crazy, just a few gusts to about 20 or 25mph in the valley but the colorado river valley could see gusts in excess of 40mph on tuesday. later in the week high pressure takes over with clear skies and temperatures quickly increasing into the mid 60s by thursday and friday. still ahead.. live at 11..
