colbert was at some nearby apartments. metro says the deaths stemmed from a dispute between several people over drugs and prostitution. investigators are trying to figure out the exact cause of a bad crash that left one person and another in critical condition. police say a driver turned left in front of another car near craig and lamb.. sending that vehicle into a light pole and flipping over. that driver is in critical condition with a serious brain injury. the passenger was killed. police say that intersection can be confusing to drivers. action news reporter parker collins will look into the safety issues there.. on action news live at 6. new developments on the so-called affluenza teen. the attorney for ethan couch says he has dropped the appeal against deportation.. and could be back in texas to face new charges as early as couch has been in custody in mexico city. he fled the u-s with his mother after video appeared online showing him violating his probation..
