shot and killed in the parking lot of this apartment complex. while police aren't saying whether the two shootings are connected, folks living here say the triple shooting today was retaliation for the killing last night...and they dont feel safe until the person responsible is caught. "i havent been on this side of town for about 15-20 years and its still the same, im terrified of this neighborhood and i'm 50 years old" eddie custard is keeping his son indoors tonight...and several of his neighbors told us they're having their kids go to relatives houses while police conduct an investigation. this afternoon bullets went flying... leaving three people with gunshot wounds...so far police havent released ages or id's but neighbors say the youngest victim was just 15 years old....they also say the argument that caused the shooting in the first place happened between minors...leaving neighbors feeling especially on edge. while 9 states are under a winter weather alert. and check this out- a road falling apart. this angle shows the blacktop falling away.. leaving this huge sinkhole. it formed only a few feet from another big sinkhole that opened up last month. both are now more than 50 feet wide and growing. engineers say all of the water from heavy rains recently overwhelmed a storm drain under the road. that stretch of nearby highway 101 is now closed.. probably until spring. new at 11... a spring valley high school senior.... in the fight of his life!
