"she was saying help me i'm dying." anna briseno saw the victim screaming for help from her front door and called 911. when police arrived - they found the victim on the floor with a gunshot wound. "she's very outspoken, outgoing, very calm. she never bothered anybody." "i always watched her walk up and down the street. i mean everybody here pretty much keeps to themselves." but - her loved ones tell us something occured earlier that day that may have triggered the shooting. "about 10:30." they tell us it was an altercation of some sort - not specifying whether it was a screaming match or if it went to blows. "she was kind of shaken up earlier from my understanding from a lot of the neighbors, and had gotten into an altercation with someone." many believe the shooter came back to settle the score. so they took the problem to facebook --- hoping for the best but expecting the worst. and within just three hours -- a friend of a friend spotted the truck inside the red rock parking garage. "part of me is just like it's just a truck. it's not like anyone got hurt or whatever. but it's nice to have it back. it's just kind of one of those - hey the good guys win in the end!" while the friend of the friend was waiting for police to come -- they watched four teens come out of the casino and hop into the truck. this led to a chase that ended in an arrest at gunpoint with metro officers. coming up on action news at 11 -- we will have pictures of that happening. reporting live in the studio gina lazara channel 13 action news. right now southern nevada's newest medical marijuana dispensary is open for business!
