shooting one week ago today. we learned the suspect was 35-year- old gilberto gutierrez. metro police say he stole a car and then pointed a gun at officers during a chase. it happened at a home near pecos and bonanza. officer samuel solario was actually off-duty at the time, but he was the one who shot at gutierrez. solario is on paid administrative leave, as the investigation continues. investigators say gutierrez has a lengthy criminal record. an action news update now... on the arrest after that social media prank that damaged a henderson woman's truck. henderson police didn't hesitate to charged the 13-year-old for the 'put em in a coffin' prank. that's where you cross your arms over your chest, then jump backwards onto different things. police are still looking for his two partners in crime. and we're finding out now that police believe the group didn't stop at that prank. at five - what other trouble
