ordered a neighbor to call 911. this is his first time back in the apartment - since then. "all my tvs. all my kids christmas presents. all their tablets." he lost everything. "everything in here, i worked really hard to get and i appreciated it. it was all valuable." officials say the fire began in devon's unit on the second floor of the building. there are four units total - with the two on the second floor getting it the worst. one apartment downstairs went untouched. "i didn't lose nothing." but even still - none of the 16 people who were living in this building can stay here because it's no longer safe.
