shirtless man. the video shows the man damaging cars and assaulting people, including an elderly couple who had their heads bashed into the pavement outside their home. another camera view shows him attacking a citizen while running through and around pursuing officers. police used a taser on him twice, but it didn't stop him. when he charged and hit an officer, police opened fire and brown dropped to the ground and later died. look at this! an out-of-control car landed on the roof of a garage outside of los angeles. crews needed to bring in a crane to get it down. officials say the car hit another car before it launched onto the neighbor's roof. they say the driver suffered from sort of medical condition before the crash. nhp and metro chase a man all down the 215..

a gun on him, just to get him in handcuffs. nhp says it started when a trooper tried to pull him over on the 215 and the driver didn't stop. they followed him. at one point he made a u-turn. nhp put a spike strip down. it punctured two of his tires, but he kept going! we're told there were flames and sparks shooting from the rims. this is video from our traffic camera where it all ended at warm springs. the man was taken into custody at gunpoint, and we're told he even tried to fight people once he got to jail. no word yet on what charges he'll be facing, and why he tried to flee in the first place. right now a large storm is dumping a lot of rain on the southeast. heavy percipitation is expected throughout the day. severe weather left a trail of damage in north carolina. the rare february storms yesterday delivered gusts of wind up to 50-miles. so far, there have been no reports of injuries but there are multiple trees down. they've brought power lines with them and cut electricity to some residents. as many as two-thousand are
