to oregon public broadcasting. they also say other lawmakers will be heading there too. the trip details are still in the works, but fiore told them she's planning to be in portland thursday. right now, four protesters remain at the wildlife refuge. a super bowl celebration ends in tragedy. a north las vegas, two-year-old car. today, that driver responsible is still nowhere to be found. it happened near lake mead and pecos. family says kids were playing outside, when the car hit little evelyn green. her brother only had minor injuries. the car responsible is described as a white van. and witnesses say it didn't have side or back windows. and green's mother says the driver smelled like alcohol. she's now begging him to turn himself in. overnight, an abandoned home catches on fire. it happened near blue diamond and rainbow.. clark county fire says a driver passing by actually reported the fire. crews think the blaze was most likely started by squatters. no injuries to report.

crane collapse in new york. the city is now implementing new safety measures to keep friday's tragedy from happening again. terrifying video shows the crane falling onto the streets of manhattan. the new safety measures include restrictions on when cranes ned to be secured because of high winds.. increasing protection for people on the street.. and creating an alert for anyone in the area when a crane is being moved. one man was killed and three others hurt in the accident. still no word on why the crane fell. a royal caribbean cruise ship is slowing returning to new jersey after it was caught in rough weather on its way to the bahamas.. causing a nightmare for thousands of passengers. here's a look at the damage. anything not fastened down was thrown around.. inside the ship. these are images posted on twitter by passengers. the ship was caught in hurricane force winds off the carolina coast. no one was seriously hurt.. but royal caribbean is issuing full refunds and vouchers for a future cruise at half price.

investigating how an inmate died at the nevada department of corrections. prison officials say eugene mauwee died on saturday. he was serving two life-sentences for first degree murder... an autopsy will be done to determine the cause of death. he was 72-years- old. a violent fight ends with one person being stabbed overnight. right now, the suspect is still on the run. it happened near eastern and fremont at sunrise apartments. police aren't sure how badly the victim was hurt. a cornell university fraternity suspended after its president is accused of attempted rape. now.. 21-year old wolfgang ballinger is fighting back.. saying he's innocent. court documents show the victim claims ballinger locked her inside his room and forced himself on her. ballinger has pleaded not guilty. sot - alex spiro / former prosecutor "the speed at which they took this case out of the university's pruview and brought it into a criminal setting suggests that the prosecution believes that they have a strong case." ballinger is in jail after surrendering to police 4-days after the alleged attack last
