after 1-30 near mojave and vegas valley. the victim died at sunrise trauma. no word on a suspect. action news has a crew headed to the scene. also breaking right now-- eastbound 215 is closed at durango! and it's all connected to a bank robbery! let's get straight to chopper 13...flying fast and first over the scene! metro says someone robbed a bank near russell and valley view, and then took off.. the suspect crashed at durango and buffalo. no word yet on injuries or if the suspect or suspects have been taken into custody. an entire walmart evacuated overnight because of a threatening message. someone wrote a bomb threat on the wall in the women's restroom. it happened at the store near boulder highway and nellis. carlie burwell, wal-mart customer 4:47:36-4:47:45 "it is terrifying the things that people will say. the things that are happening in the world today. it's really sad. the fact that the bomb threats are going on." bomb sniffing dogs were called out. but, police didn't find anything.

district robbed, and right now police are looking for the thief! it happened at the store near charleston and las vegas boulevard. investigators say the thief stole some antique ivory! no word yet on how much it was worth.. but we know it's expensive.. because recent laws have limited both the buying and selling of elephant ivory. now to a breaking news update. a man who shot himself in the head at a gun range.. is expected to survive. it happened at "las vegas gun range"...near blue diamond and decatur. police say the bullet just grazed his head. no one else was hurt in the shooting. now to some breaking news on the zika virus -- five new cases have been confirmed. they are in delaware, tennessee, indiana and pennyslvania. officials in those states say they are all in people who recently traveled abroad. coming up at 3-30, find out the best mosquito repellants to keep you and your family safe. a nasty crash ends with two people hurt. it all happened at u-s 95 nd charleston. chopper 13 fast and first over the scene. both victims had to be rescued from their truck... one with the jaws of life.

found walking in the snow.. three miles away.. police caught the suspected thief.. but the stolen car is still missing. a deadly train crash under investigation in germany. 10 people are dead, and more than 100-others are hurt. the two commuter trains hit head-on during morning rush hour there. it happened about 40-miles south of munich.
