fiore says she asked the fbi to bring her to the refuge so they could negotiate a peaceful surrender. during the protesters live stream they said they would turn themselves in this morning. first on 13 action news - we are learning new details about the man and teenager shot inside their summerlin home. right now - they are both fighting for their lives at u-m-c. janeen hinden tells us she saw her fiance and daughter gunned down in their home. just before 5 a-m yesterday, police say, 2 or 3 people broke into their home near hualapai and desert inn and started shooting. stephen picardi was shot 8 times. hinden says her daughter - who goes by baby j - tried to fight back. she grabbed a gun - and started shooting.... ....but she was hit - and collapsed. the family is sharing these pictures of the crime scene with us. there was so much blood we had to blur it out. police tell us it was not a random attack. a dispute over a tarp gets so bad... fists start flying near tenaya

a super bowl surprise for a young ohio woman... and she says a franklin county deputy helped her make it through the day. jamaica harris started feeling sick sunday... turns out the high school student was pregnant. she delivered a baby boy in the bathroom just as deputy steven mckinney arrived to her home. harris says she's been so busy going to class and work, she had no idea she was expecting.
