have a new front-runner. how it could affect.... this weekend's caucus. boxing superstar manny pacquiao has lost another fight.. but this one didn't happen in the ring. and the knockout punch got him right in the pocketbook. police had their hands full this morning..... after a suspect leads them on a wild ride.... in a stolen car. an early morning car chase ends.... with an s-u-v.... slamming into a fence!!! as it turns out.. the car was stolen from a nearby car lot. 13 action news anchor jessica janner has the whole story. "he lost control of the vehicle is what happened... he was going so fast when he tried to make that corner. he slammed on the breaks and he went right into the yard." a whirlwind 48 hours for this family owned business... 4 cars stolen... then found.... and believe it or not, they saw the whole thing. "what were you thinking in that moment when you saw that all happening to your car? i was just thinking right on... we're gonna get this guy."

on scene this morning where that car chase ended in the same neighborhood where they later found those other 3 stolen cars... but this afternoon all that's left is this giant hole. and speaking of holes, you won't believe what trouble they went through to get their hands on the keys in the first place. "looked in and noticed all the keys on our board were missing. every single key that we had.i unlocked the door started rambling through the office and that's when i saw the giant hole in the floor." this crash happened less than two miles away. a broken leg didn't even stop the bad guy. sot: "they actually found crutches in the escalade - so he did have a broken leg... that didn't stop him obviously." police arrested one suspect. the serrano family says the'll beef up security on the lot which has been in the valley for years. they're las vegas natives and proud unlv rebels. sot: "we're a family business, family comes first. this is what we do to support our family... as long as everybody's happy and healthy that's all we

fighting the federal government. we just got word that cliven bundy and four others have been indicted by a federal grand jury on 16 felony counts relating to the armed assault at bundy's bunkerville nevada ranch in 2014. bundy was arrested in oregon when he went to support armed militia members at a wildlife refuge there. the charges against him and two of his sons who were also arrested in oregon include use of firearms and assault. no word on when cliven bundy will be brought back to nevada to face charges. that's the latest from the breaking news center. new developments in a battle between the federal government

focus.' let's go to 13 weather first meteorologist bryan scofield and 'weather . a high wind warning is in effect for the spring mountains including red rock canyon through 4pm thursday and a wind advisory is in effect for the northern half of clark county excluding lake mead and the colorado river valley. expect gusts to 50mph through the las vegas valley with gusts in excess of 70mph possible in the spring mountains and red rock canyon area. there is a slight chance for some rain showers but it's very slight and the vast majority of the rain will stay in the mountains surrounding the valley. at best some areas of summerlin and centennial hills could see some sprinkles but most of the valley will stay completely dry.

held warm by the gusty winds and will stay in the mid and upper 50s for the valley which will allow for a nice recovery coming on thursday. highs will be cooler than wednesday's but we'll still reach into the low 70s before warming again into the mid 70s by the weekend as the winds die down. the weekend will be dominated by dry weather with some high level clouds decorating the blue skies.
