we're following.... right now.. ) a woman rushed to the north las vegas police are still on the scene investigating right now.. lets get out to 13 action news reporter bryan callahan. police have been out here since around eight o'clock tonight. officers found a woman in her 30's with a gunshot wound. she was take to umc with what officers termed serious injuries. as you can see here, not a whole lot of witnesses in this area with this large desert lot between the road and nearby homes.

near lake mead and lamb.... with a timeline.... of this gruesome discovery. mahsa? tricia -- on the side of this building! the camera's were rolling! it was early tuesday morning -- that the cats were tossed here! tonight - no leads! but lots of questions! "who would do something like this? who would take a bunch of animals and bag them up and just toss them out like trash?" the road looks clear! until surveillance camera's capture this car pass! 4am tuesday! suddenly several bags appear! inside: dead cats! but is this just a case of illegal dumping? or is a felony -- the cats being killed first! tonight -- new video that shows patrol officers arrive when the sun comes up! and drag those bags to the side! "i'm glad that they stopped and moved the bags out of the road but why aren't they looking inside them?" "in maybe one of those bags was a human." the officers appear to have a conversation.

one valley woman recently reached out.. claiming she's had one issue after another. precious curtis says her problems started as soon as she moved into liberty village. first.. the unit wasn't painted. then the washer and dryer were broken. the new dryer took days to show up before it was left in the out.. and her 6 children were left in the cold for 2 weeks. it was really bad to hear my children tell me, 'mom we're cold, we're cold' 56 and i can't get them heat, but im paying rent every month 59 full rent, never been late 1.00 but i can't give my children the heat they need to keep them warm 03 for those two weeks i was without heat as soon as they fixed the heat.. a leak started in both bathrooms.. but no one repaired the walls after that was taken care of. we spoke with property management.. who said they'll be fixing the walls very soon. they also admit they've had problems..

local post office and they told us that there were about 30 break ins and it would take about two and a half weeks for them to fix all the mailboxes. with a wait time like that.. it's important to report any mail theft to your local post office right away. there's also an app called "next door" that lets people in the area post suspicious activity in their neighborhood. a disabled grandmother says she's worried about her safety.. and the safety of students.. because of something that keeps happening at brown middle school. cheryl tracy says they put up this chain about half an hour before school lets out.. and it blocks access to 5 handicapped spots. that means she has to leave even earlier to get parking.. or battle it out with everyone else for a spot along the street. i am angry that they won't work with me i'm not asking for a lot just wait 20 more minutes before you put up the chain the clark county school district says it can get chaotic when school lets out. they tell action news that chaining off the lot makes it
