records showthe home belongs to fredrick and tracy leavitt... the regional financial director of the bureau of reclamation. and here's video of another one carried out at a business in las vegas. agents there had shut down an accounting firm as they looked for information. 13 action news tried talk to agents-- but was quickly told to leave. the third raid happened at the bureau of reclamation down in boulder city. the bureau did release a statement...saying they were cooperating with federal agents. a house on the eastside goes up in flames, for the second time in just months! and just 24-hours ago, a second victim in that fire has just died. and this home was not just the scene of a fire, but also a murder mystery! it's located near charleston and lamb. you're looking at the damage from the first and second fires. investigators are now looking into if this fire was started intentionally. 13 action news reporter yasmeen hassan has more on why fire is sounding the alarms for metro police, not just firefighters. < people in this area tell me they are terrified. they think this fire was set intionally - for everyone to

his bail is set at 75-thousand dollars, and his preliminary hearing is scheduled for march 4th. the stabbing happened last friday during a 12-hour standoff. as for nicky, his handler says he's recovering well and hopes he'll be back on patrol in about 3-weeks. the woman accused of driving her car into crowds of people on the strip did not appear in court again. you'll remember last time, lakeisha holloway was deemed to unruly to appear. a judge has now ordered for a 11th. holloway is facing 71 charges, including attempted murder for that crash back in december that killed a woman and injured more than 30 others. ahead today... hundreds of casino workers will set up camp in front of sunrise hospital, rallying for better health insurance. the culinary and bartenders unions are organizing the protest. it runs from 5 until 7 tonight. the groups say their rally should have no effect on people being treated at the hospital. they're just fighting for more affordable health care. also happening today, the two democratic the two democratic presidential candidates hillary clinton and

time now for some consumer alerts from contact 13-- more than one million walmart workers are getting a raise on saturday! the company says it will boost its minimum wage to ten dollars an hour from 9-dollars. the change applies to virtually all of walmart's hourly workers, including some supervisors. toyota is recalling nearly 3- million s-u-vs because of possible problems with the rear seat belts. the affected vehicles are the toyota rav-4, toyota rav-4 e-v, and toyota vanguard. most were built between 2005 and 20- 14. toyota dealers will fix the problem at no cost to the consumer. and ford is adding some pot-hole protection technology to its 20-17 fusion v-six sport sedan. the company says the shock absorber system automatically stiffens when sensors detect a pothole. so it'll keep the wheel elevated instead of dropping into the hole. ford's lincoln m-k-z already has similar technology. a much needed safety upgrade is up and running at a community
