no word yet on a suspect description.. or a possible motive. the other shooting happened at an apartment complex near maryland parkway and hacienda. that victim was rushed to sunrise hospital.. but no information on how they're doing. metro says the gunman is still on the loose. a domestic battery suspect is in custody, after an hours long manhunt. on the area of buffalo and vegas. witnesses were flooding 13 action news last night with calls, wondering what was going on. they say police were searching their backyards, and even had a chopper overhead. police have not revealed the suspect's identity, or what charges he's facing. its been 5 years since a 15 year old girl was kidnapped and brutally murdered... in a shocking turn of events, the man charged with killing her-- pleads guilty. javier righetti's attorney says he decided to spare everyone a long trial. prosecutors say back in september 20-11, righetti abducted alyssa otremba, while she was walking home from arbor view high school. then he sexually assaulted and
