(derek/ uber customer) "i said, 'you're not the shooter, are you?' and he said, 'no.' and i said, 'are you sure?' and he said, 'no, i'm just tired, i've been driving for 7 hours.'" again, dalton has no known criminal history and passed an extensive background check by uber.
