and it's all on security footage. no comment from metro so far on the lawsuit. new information -- on that uber driver charged in a shooting spree. jason dalton is now facing life in prison following saturday's shooting. 6 people are dead, and 2 others hurt. dalton admitted to taking people's lives. local media say dalton once worked as an insurance adjustor, he's married and a father of a 10 and 15 year old.. just 3-hours before the shooting, a local gun shop owner says dalton stopped bought a tactical jacket there. but his friends say they're at a loss for words over what happened. an emergency boil water order is now in effect in for parts of louisiana.. after a water tower fell during a tornado there earlier today. here's a live look from louisiana. we told you earlier alabama is now under a state of emergency from this same storm system. and shelters are in place in mississippi. thanks bryan-- take a look at this! two window washers got manhattan. but the good news is they didn't have to wait long for crews to rescue them. first responders got to them in about an hour. right now, the men are recovering.

some good news on the fight against breast cancer! the cancer rate in the us has not increased! but what is increasing the women opting to have their breasts surgically removed, even without a cancer diagnosis. here's abc's dr. timothy johnson to explain why. < breast cancer is a terrifying diagnosis...and decades ago, removing the entire breast was the only answer? but then surgeons began to preserve normal breast areas by doing lumpectomies instead? now in a surprising new finding from researchers at the us agency for healthcare research and quality, the trend seems to be changing again. total mastectomies, complete removal of the breast - jumped by more than a third between 2005 and 2013. part of the reason for the increase was a doubling in the number of women opting for
