what you are not seeing right now, the line is all the way through the street. we will try to walk you through what's going on right now. a lot of people tell me they are coming here to make their picks before work. they show their i.d. and then head over right here. this is where they go to figure out what precinct they will be at. once they get their precinct number, they pick up a blank battle at -- ballot at the table. they have two choices. they can make their pick and drop it in a ballot box down there and head home or they can choose to take part in the caucus. you can see 30 tables set up here. once everyone from the precincts has arrived, that is when the caucus process will begin. they have two choices. first degree are in a rush they can come here and make their pick and leaver they can

that starts when everyone gets here, which should be around 6:00. this process goes on till 8:30. at 8:30 they will count the paper ballots. it's a public process done in front of everyone. just to show you another look at the lines here, so many people are here in line. there's some confusion. everyone thought they were going to have to stay. this is going to be a four-hour long process and people are confused about how their vote will be counted if they just drop it off in the box and go. we will stay here and continue to talk to people. we have seen a lot of trump supporters. right now i want to take us out to our investigative reporter, stephanie zepelin at a caucus site down there. how's it looking down there? reporter: we are live at arbor view high school. the parking lot is so full we can't even park our truck close

it doesn't matter the line is coming to us. you can see the line already former several dozen long outside. i can tell you there are at least 100 more people in line inside. right now at 5:00 they just started sign-in. all these people have to sign in from fbi to six to participate in the caucus and then after that they will cast... this site has an option that you can cast your vote and leave. otherwise you can stay, caucus, get in your groups and talk about what you think and then vote for your precinct. one of the strange things i noticed here a ballot still has several candidates who suspended their campaigns, chris cristty karla cristty -- carly fiorina. if either one of them would get

to the republican national convention. technically they can still mistake through nevada, though we know the final five are the ones most of the people are showing up to vote for. a lot of first time caucus participants. this is a first-time experience for as well as a lot of volunteers working at this caucus. another thing to keep in mind there won't be any results given out from this location tonight. the people working this caucus say they submit their results to the state and take pictures of the sheets that have tallies on them and send them to the state and then the state will compile the results and release them. we won't know who wins the precincts tonight. we will wrap it up and get inside and talk to more voters tonight. i will sign off right here, but

steve: check this out, a plane crash landing on a road in southern california taking out five cars in the process. police say the pilot was alone in the four-seat plane when the engine began sputters. thanks to his calm, quick thinking police say he was able to avoid nearby homes and train tracks and picked what turned out to be the best possible spot to land. nobody was hur. tricia: the search is out for a gunman who opened fire on a man this morning. 13 action news reporter parker collins has new pictures of what police found at the crime scene. reporter: shell casings litter the parking lot minutes after shots woke up almost the whole building. >> it looks like we have six shell casings in the parking lot. reporter: on the a few were brave enough to peep outside and see what had happened.

middle 70s and lower 70s after. we should take one last look at least of the wind out there. you have been out in henderson and keeping an eye out to see if winds pick back up again. reporter: it won't be a lot of wind. there's a little bit wind out here, but it not too crazy. this is what we are expecting overnight, wind gusts 3 to 5 miles-per-hour from 10:00 p.m. onwards, maybe a couple gusts before then, but really the latest we are expecting some of the stronger gusts will be about 8:00. out here in sunset park in henderson, you can see the winds very well started to die down. ase pleasant night, the down side with tiny bit of wind and below average temperatures, it's a bit chilly out here.
