integrity unit.. unless a district attorney resigned for a d-u-i conviction. perry cut the money when the d.a. refused to step-down. now for the latest developments on a man shot to death in broad daylight. metro now says they're searching for two suspects! chopper 13 flew over the scene yesterday near d-i and polaris. they say the victim was in his car when he was confronted by two guys. a motive and who those suspects are remain unknown. the search is on right now for a suspect and and a "person of interest".. wanted in a murder investigation. according to police.. 21 year old colton brantano is the suspected killer. metro says sherri esquibel is considered a "person of interest." earlier today.. a second person of intereset.. jared busch has been located. yesterday morning.. a man was shot to death during a fight near nellis air force base. investigators think it may have been drug related. the suspect.. brantano.. was last seen driving a black 1990's volkswagen jetta with dark tinted windows..

rme-4708. an update now to some breaking news we brought you earlier on 13 action news. three sheriff's deputies were shot as they served an eviction notice in a colorado mountain community, leaving one deputy and the attacker dead. deputies were serving an eviction notice when someone began firing at deputies. one deputy has life-threatening injuries and is undergoing surgery. the other deputies injuries are not said to be serious. the shooting happened about 45 miles outside of denver. new information on the deadly uber shooting in michigan. the suspect.. jason dalton is behind bars. today.. a witness stepped forward with more details on the shooting rampage. tammy george is a neighbor of one of the survivors. she says she was outside her kalamazoo apartment when dalton drove by. (tammy george/shooting spree witness) "the car had drove by and asked if they knew misty, missy, and they said, 'no.' and then it had circled around again. and i don't know if it was her mother instinct, she just knew

johnson and johnson may have to pay up over a lawsuit all over its talcum powder. the company is being ordered to pay 72-million dollars... to a missouri family, after they say their loved one died of ovarian cancer caused by the company's product. prosecutors argued johnson and johnson was aware of but neglected the dangers its talcum powder. abc news dug a little deeper into this issue. chief health correspondent jennifer ashton says studies have been out for decades about the link between talcum powder and ovarian cancer, but there is no definite answer. :27 - :40 "the theory here...that's doing this." there are ways to reduce your
