a room next door and spy on her. michael david barrett was convicted in 2010 for making a peephole between the rooms.. then recording video of andrews undressing before posting it online. barrett spent more than two years in prison. developing now.. the legal battle between apple and the fbi heated up capitol hill. federal investigators say they don't want a master key. the two keep fighting over unlocking access to 13 i-phones, including one belonging to the one of the san bernardino shooters. ((sot)) comey "is there somebody else?.. that is our job." but apple says unlocking one phone compromises the security of millions of others. in a similar but unrelated case, a judge in new york ruled on monday that apple cannot be compelled to help the department of justice fbi unlock an iphone. that ruling has no affect on this case, but experts call

the search is on for four armed suspects, who forced their way into a home early this morning. the home invasion happened at charleston and nellis. the homeowners were asleep at the time. one of them was hurt, but should be ok. metro police open fire on an armed suspect, pointing his gun at traffic. but we learned overnight the man was only holding a fake gun. officers say the man refused orders to put the weapon down. the shooting happened last night at las vegas boulevard and st rose. no officers were hurt. the suspect is in the hospital. and today is super tuesday.. the biggest day of voting in the 2016 presidential primary season. people in a dozen states are going to the polls with more than a thousand combined republican and democratic convention delegates at stake.
