today - on behalf of ahmed mohamed. it claims the 14 year old's civil rights were violated. mohamed was arrested at his high school back in september - and charged with having a hoax bomb. he says he brought the homemade clock to school to show his teacher. right now-- one man is on a cross country mission to show his support for police, and we caught up with him during his stop in las vegas. billy richards says he was portrayed in a negative light. so he left his home in new york to embark on this journey. so far... he's run through 27 cities. sometimes...he runs alone, but he says officers will come join him. richards says...he hopes to boost morale at departments across the country... and plans on stopping by at least four more major cities on his way back to new york. kitten-vo a kitten in italy is saved thanks to some italian coast guards.....

officials believe the pilot was trying to descend through a break in the clouds...and noticed nothin in the way the balloon ended up catching on fire before crashing to the ground. the definite cause of crash is yet to be determined. we now know the identity of a teen killed in a skydiving accident over the weekend. the f-a-a is looking into why tyler turner and his instructor's parachute never opened. this happened in lodi california.... south of sacremento. turner's mom says he had recently graduated from high school. first day of college. the accident happened on turner's very first skydiving adventure. his mom was there to witness the tragedy. then he turned around and he gave me a hug. tightest hug i've ever had and he said i love you mom. i said i love you son... squeezed him and he got on the plane. tyler was with a veteran instructor who hasn't been identified.... we do know he was in his twenties.
