a metro cop -- behind bars -- a metro cop -- behind bars -- accused of possessing child pornography. police -- taking officer ruben delgadillo into custody -- yesterday. 13 action reporter michael burton joins us live from metro headquaters -- with the details on his arrest. michael christopher - police say they served a search warrant at a home - after receiving allegations that the officer d child p possession. the search led police to arrest the officer. he was booked into ccdc. these allegations are being investigated by the internal affairs bureau and the internet crimes against children task force. delgadillo faces one count of possesssion of child pornography and one count of distribution of child pornography. many locals say the news is unsettling, but they commend metro for taking action.

heads. witnesses say -- they saw two men arguing in the mall's food court -- before one of them pulls out a gun -- and begins firing. sot mark rush eyewitness "heard five or six shots go off // heard a few more shots//was ten or fifteen feet from shooter, scariest thing i ever went thru in my life fortunately -- no one was hurt in the shooting. and so far -- no arrests. a new mexico cop is gunned down during a traffic stop. and right now -- two men wanted for murder in ohio -- along behind bars. officer jose chavez pulled over a car in the village of hatch. police say -- jesse hanes -- got out -- and opened fire. the officer -- died at a local hospital. investigators say -- hanes and two other men -- then carjacked another vehicle -- shooting the driver. that driver was also taken to the hospital.. their condition is unknown at this time. in switzerland -- a 6-year-old fights to stay alive -- after a man goes on a rampage -- setting fire to a train -- and stabbing several passengers.

(nat sots victim/helicopter) a florida woman is fighting for her life after an alligator-nearly ripped off her hand. (sot // phoner - wayne gilbert) it bit her right above the wrist and it spun and her hand was pretty much dangling right at the time when she got on the helicopter. the 49 year old woman was vacationing at a campsite in the everglades when she was attacked. standing on the dock and as she reached in to retrieve the can, that's when she was bitten by the alligator. horrifyed witnesses jumped in to help - holding her up-- from going completely into the water. (sot // phoner - wayne gilbert) she got on her knees with her left hand on the dock leaned over and grabbed the can. and we she did that she caused a ripple in the water and condition, undergoing surgery to try and save her hand. (sot broward sheriff fire rescue spokeman the hand was still attached. it was a very v full amputation of the hand. that was adrenne bakert reporting. take a look at this. incredible images -- of a fire tornado or fire-nado for short. this video -- shot near portland, oregon. so -- how does something like this happen? wildfires can sometimes create their own wind. that can turn into a vortex of flames -- like you see right here. crews put out the fire -- without any injuries.

"you harvest once a year. so you have put a year's worth of labor of love into thos when you go out to harvest, you get to see the result of that harvest and that's what makes it fun." gretchen loken and her husband have owned the winery since 2004. wine enthusiast monica carlson says their leadership has turned it into a world-renowned name.
