he was booked into ccdc yesterday. police say they served a search warrant at a home - after receiving allegations that the officer had child porn in his possession. the search led police to arrest the officer. these allegations are being investigated by the internal affairs bureau and the internet crimes against children task force. many locals say they feel betrayed. harr they're supposed to protect and serve, but if they're doing something like that its kind of dangerous because everyone has children. i wouldn't want my child being on his computer." delgadillo joined the police department in july of 2015 and was assigned to the community policing division. delgadillo is on unpaid leave pending the outcome of the investigation.

this just in. we have an update to breaking news we first reported on ktnv.com. rescue crews just found a teenager who had been lost on mount charleston. the 13-year-old has been airlifted to umc with head injuries. there's no word yet on the severity of her condition. police are investigating a shooting near washington and eastern. one person is recovering at umc. there are no suspects in custody at this hour. explaining to do -- after taking a car out for a joy ride -- and slamming into a light car driving recklessly before losing sight of it. they eventually found the smashed up car -- with the two teens inside. no one was hurt -- and teens were released to their parents. take a look at this. neighbors -- living near a local senior community -- shocked to see a sinkhole open up. 13 action news -- the only crew on the scene.

but we're going to get another blast of heat. high pressure will bring near record temps to the area for the next couple of days as highs top out around 110 with dry conditions on both sunday and monday. monday we'll start to feel the effect of two systems that will affect area weather throughout the week. the first, small system will bring breezy winds starting monday and will pass to our north through tuesday morning. we may see some high clouds as it passes through. water -- and under siege. deadly storms -- dumping three months of rain in one day on

playing. right now -- police in raleigh, north carolina -- are searching high and low -- for a man who opened fire -- inside a popular mall. nats of yelling/screaming cell phone video shows the panic. shoppers run for lives -- after the sharp sound of gunfire. police -- quick to respond -- put the mall on lockdown. hundreds of people file out -- many with their hands on their heads. the mother of a 14-year-old boy -- shot and killed by police -- is demanding the body-cam footage. jesse james romero was killed earlier this week. l-a-p-d officers were responding to a call involving possible vandalism and drugs. a witness -- reported seeing romero -- shoot a handgun in the officers direction. the cops shot back. romero's mother -- however -- ported seeing her son throw the gun away -- before being shot. (jorge gonzalez/attorney) "the cameras. so we want to see the videotaped images from the body images. we want to see what the officers saw at the time they were shooting at this young man," officials say the footage is part of the investigation. a handgun found near the teen is being tested for dna and fingerprints. a small-town mayor in southern arizona -- is refusing to attend an event later this month -- because the invitation was written in both english and spanish. ken tayler says -- his critics
