police say the victim -- juan -- was riding passenger in an s-u-v with a suspected drunk driver. police identified him as 20-year-old pedro regalado-cardenas. they say the driver smashed into a parked flat bed of a semi.... which caused the s-u-v to actually split in half. juan was pronounced dead on the scene. back out here live --- i talked to a few of juan's friends that stopped by this memorial tonight. one of them told me.... the suspected underage drunk driver picked juan up from a and they went to do donuts before the driver crashed the vehicle. reporting live gina lazara 13 action news. new tonight-- a car veers out of control -- and slams into and apartment building. this -- happening around six this evening -- near sahara and nellis. the driver says -- her car slipped out of gear -- crashing into an apartment stairwell. nobody was hurt. the crash -- only damaging a water heater.
