this one happened at a home and firefighters found a body inside. investigators believe the person killed was a squatter. marissa kynastonn was the first to the scene near sahara and lamb... marissa, what have you learned since breaking this story this morning. neighbors i talked with said squatters are a problem in this part of town-- they also believe there may have been squatters inside this home when the fire started. we were able to get tgis cell phone video sent to us from a you can see just how high those flames got. chopper 13 fast and first over the scene-- showing you the amount of damage to the back of the house. fire officials say-- when they got here-- utilities were turned off. they said the gas meter was locked-- telling them-- nobody was at least legally living inside the home. so now-- fire and police are trying to figure out how the

bullets injuring at least one teenager.. it all started saturday afternoon.. after the 23-year-old suspect sylville smith was shot and killed by an officer.. who was also black. according to authorities.. the suspect was armed.. the officer ordered him to drop his weapon.. but when the suspect did not comply.. the officer opened fire.. sot - chief ed flynn / milwaukee police dept.
