jones between spring mountain and desert inn. they were shut down when inspectors discovered absolutely no working refrigeration. there were also live cockroaches in the kitchen. this report from the restaurant's own pest service warns them about too much food debris and grease buildup. these filthy fridge racks and trays are a case in point. the pest control company wrote, "you will see german roaches until sanitation gets better." inspectors also found them reusing tea pots between guests /nat/ mr. eatz on lake mead and torrey pines was also shut down for inadequate refrigeration. lots of food was in the temperature danger zone. prep tables were dirty and there was excessive food debris on this spatula and tongs. /nat/ the refrigeration problem theme continued at baja fresh. that's what shut down their location on eastern and serene. they were also stocking food in a red-tagged cooler.

inadequate refrigeration--the bbq grill at the hard rock hotel's east pool where inspectors found lots of food at dangerously unsafe temperatures. /nat/ the other imminent health hazard closures were all at hotel casinos and all due to problems with liquid waste. the third floor dishroom serving the ballrooms at caesars palace was shut down due to sewage backing up out of floor sinks and drains. boulder station's grand cafe cookline was taken off line spread raw sewage to over half the cookline. employees were walking through it to access equipment and prepare food. and at the jw marriot on north rampart, the look of surprise on this chef's face says it all. inspectors shut down the pool cafe and bar after finding a large ceiling leak directly over food and the liquor tree. there was also something yucky spilled on the floor.
