kynaston ... spoke with family members... who believe the truth has not come out! the family of 23 year old keith childress appeared visibly upset. during the review-- detectives said a preliminary determination found the officers involved were justified-- and that they acted in self defense-- after who they thought-- was an armed fugitive-- wasnt following orders. but the family-- says they want answers. they tell me childress was not running from the law-- and not trying to escape a prison sentence. they say he was visiting family-- before his return to court in phoenix. childress' family says-- they want justice. 21:04:23:24 until something is are changed, and these police officers are prosecuted for murdering innocent people, then it's going to continue to happen 21:04:33:03 marissa tag it could take a few more weeks until the district attorney makes that final determination-- on what will happen to the officers involved. mk-- 13an. right now... one person is in custody...
