missing after the crash has been found! plus -- a local roberto's has been robbed overnight...for the third time in a row! and --- president obama is in louisiana right now. what he's saying to the people living in a flood-devastated area. but first -- late breaking -- a motorcyclist is dead after this crash on the 15 at the "d" street off ramp. this happened around noon. we're told an suv slammed into that motorcyclist killing him instantly. th suburban had minor injuries. right now it's not clear who was at fault. take a look at this! another reminder to not attempt driving during sevre weather... chopper 13 fast and first over sahara and lindell this morning where the roads were flooded. this car got stuck in the water, but the driver was able to get out. flooding was bad enough to shut down a business... only 13 action news reporter parker collins spoke with an employee who saw all the

through at least saturday. chances for rain with this system will start in the mountains on thursday, then come into the valley for friday and saturday. chances will be slight. we'll be back at 100 that day then 102 on monday and 103 tuesday with the return of sunny skies. now to a 13 action news update...we're happy to tell you about. a golden retriver that had gone missing after her owner got in has been found. this is video of nala this morning.. it was posted on the bring nala home facebook page. you can see, she appears to be in good shape. nala had been missing since last wednesday... when her owner flipped his s-u-v going to visit his mom who is dying of bone cancer. right now police are searching for three men accused of robbing a robertos on the west side of town overnight... this is the third time this location has been held up....once in june and in july.

into the restaurant near rainbow and charleston just before 1 this morning. they demanded money and got away with a cash box. police believe this may be connected to some other robertos robberies. also right now a person is recovering after being shot on the east side of town. it happened near wingwam and gilespie last night. we're told the victim was taken to u-m-c with serious injuries. police have not said if a suspect was taken into custody, but they are still investigating. obama is in baton rouge louisiana...touring the flooded areas. "i come here, first and we are heartbroken by the loss of life. there are also people who are still desperately trying to track down friends and family. we're gonna keep helping them every way that we can." many criticized the president for not going to baton rouge fast

manufacturers of pre-selecting helmest for inspection as well as instructing inmates to forge documents to make it appear that the helmest passed inspection. right now police in texas are looking for some very organized criminals who nearly cleaned out a car dealership. officers say early sunday morning the thieves jumped the rear fence on the car lot. then they cut the lights, and opened the gate so their truck could get in. after that.. they went car to car stealing their rims and tires and surveillance video shows them there for nearly 4 hours. police believe they might be part of a professional crime ring, targeting car dealerships around the state. this is a bizarre story --a man has been rescued after being stuck between two buildings. police say the man met a woman at a nearby establishment... took her onto a rooftop... and tried to impress her by jumping from one building to the other. he didn't make it... and ended up wedged between the two buildings. it took four hours to remove

fires in washington state. crews say the 35-mile per hour wind gusts are fueling the flames, and making it harder for them to get the upper hand. hundreds of homes are being evacuated, and officials say their resources are being stretched thin. sot - jeff sevigney / washington state police / "everybody shares. and you do the best you can with what you got." at least 10 homes are lost in one of the fires burning near spokane, and fire officials say they still have a long way to go before the flames are good news for firefighters battling the blue cut wildfire near the cajon pass. the fire is now 96-percent contained, and all of the evacuation orders have been lifted. more than 100 homes were destroyed by the flames... which charred through about 37 thousand acres. the local united way started a relief fund for fire victims... and they kickstarted the account with a 100- thousand dollar donation to help those families. some of the unsung heroes during this tragedy have been an elite group of firefighters
