upper 90s. highs will slide a little back into the upper 90s. nevada high school seniors have some room for improvement on the act exam. a new report shows the 2016 graduating class scored an average of a 17.7.. out of a possible 36. that's down about 3-points from but that's when the act was voluntary. it's now mandatory.. which is a reason why the department of education says the scores fell. even so.. state administrators say nevada's test scores are in line with the national average. it's a big day.... for u-n-l-v students... nearly -18- hundred students moving into their campus dorms. u-n-l-v is expecting it's largest-ever freshman class this year.... with around -4- thousand

are some studies out that show some health benefits specifically when it comes to keeping insulin levels low. 22:43 research is always evolving so i could be standing here in a year saying apple cider vinegar is great. but as of right now we don't know that there are any positive health benefits from it, and there are some studies that show negative side effects. those side effects can be a heart arrhythmia, dangerously low potassium levels, and throat irritation. it can also haven interaction with certain medication. ott says mixing that table spoon into a big glass of water once a day shouldn't hurt you, but it's not a magic elixir and shouldn't replace something we know all too well. 23:16 it's never going to replace diet and physical activity when it comes to health benefits and weight loss. so back to the kale and spinach. i'm adam hammond some researchers just found a really old aircraft carrier.
