a new tropical depression is now south of key west and headed toward the gulf coast. the further west it treks, the stronger it's likely to get. land fall is expected. another system is developing off the coast of cuba. that could bring storms to the north carolina coast. the federal government is banking on nasa to manage small drone traffic.
