police in chappaqua, new york are investigating a stunning attack. the dean of a medical school was shot outside a deli.. only a short distance from the home of bill and hillary clinton. according to investigators.. 49 year old hengjun chao opened fire on dr. dennis charney and an innocent bystander with a shotgun. police believe it was an act of revenge because charney was chao's boss.. but fired the former assistant professor and researcher in 2010 for misconduct. new castle police chief charles ferry we found two victims the suspect was still on the scene and was taken into custody without incident. both victims are expected to recover. chao is being charged with two counts of attempted murder. troubled singer chris brown is out of jail after being arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. his lawyer tweeted out a statement saying thanks to everyone for their support and well wishes. he goes on to say the allegations against brown are false. it all started early yesterday
