i think the law is wrong. i think it was a wrong sentence. it's a terrible crime." on monday.. california lawmakers passed new legislation.. eliminating a judge's descretion to sentence people to probation when sex crimes are committed. under the new provision.. turner would have faced a minimum of three years behind bars. as it stands now.. turner has three years probation and have to register as a sex offender. frantic parents desperately searching for their children... airport and find their child is missing. one major airline has a lot of explaining to do after two children end up on the wrong flight. plus... colin kaepernick igniting a firestorm.... for once again.... protesting the national anthem. with more players rallying around him... what he's now vowing to do.....
