me, alonso perez -- a murder suspect -- escaped police custody friday morning -- somehow slipping out of his handcuffs. and this just in to 13 action news... a viewer sent us this video that he says is the suspect. this video was taken back in july -- and you can see a man and a woman standing outside by a car when the man suddenly pulls out a gun and fires several shots. this happened at an apartment complex near lake mead and nellis. the man that sent us the video says he's seen perez there several times bt been able to confirm with us that the man in the video is the suspect. abc's ron claiborne has the latest on the manhunt. tonight, authorities in las vegas looking for an alleged killer ? this man 31-year-old alsono perez. perez was arrested for murder friday morning and placed in an interrogation room -- in handcuffs. police say when the detective left the room, he made his move. aaron patty nlvpd " he actually twisted the handcuffs until they broke.

retired construction supervisor and outspoken advocate for homeowners rights. he's also a former member of the state commission that oversees hoas. / nat pop 13:49 - this area outlined in red is rancho bel air unit 1./ within rancho bel air, there's a dividing line. one friedrich literally painted down the middle of his street at his property line. the community developed at different times. :48 jonathan: it took the state of nevada many years to figure out there's something very wrong here. friedrich followed a decades-old paper trail and found proof that homeowners in unit one were never officially part of the hoa. a few have never paid the $200 monthly assessments. others opted to join the hoa. and then, there's jonathan. 2:54 jonathan: i gladly paid it for 10 years. but i was lied to! that's what irks me. court records show the
