hand movements... 17:05 and the swelling of his face went down a little. investigators say the suspect is a known gang member who served 14 years in prison on rape charges. they say the man was at the jail to visit someone, and got angry when he was told he couldn't cut the line. new at 3 -- olive garden is making this world a better place. the restaurant delivered hundreds of lunches across the nation to our first responders. we were there as crews at clark county fire station 28 got their lunch. olive garded meals to three fire stations in the valley. this is the 15th year in a row the restaurant is doing this. right now ... a dozen people-- mostly children... are recovering after two separate... terrying fair accidents in two states this weekend. a ride called the "moonraker" malfunctioned at a carnival in memphis on saturday. some riders fell from their seats, others were left dangling in the air. only 13 action news has this video--- showing the flames that could be seen from miles away near the 95 and charleston.... no one was inside and no one got hurt. a woman is recovering after being hit by a car. this happened overnight near desert inn and nellis. according to our crew, the driver did stay at the scene. the woman was taken to the hospital. but is expected to be ok. we are told the crash happened several feet away from a
