but there is a good bit of damage to the wall and the suv. new at six.. the third and final vote that could lead to a complete reorganization of the clark county school district is set to happen friday. the proposal would restructure the district and move power from the central administration to individual communities. if it gets final passage.. the plan would take effect at the beginning of next school year. police in bullhead city have arrested a man they say set off se this is philip krikorian junior. police say two weeks ago he detonated an explosive device in an alleyway. a business in the area reported another explosive device was set off a few days prior. now detectives are trying to figure out whether krikorian is connected to a 20-15 pipe bomb explosion that damaged a mobile home. a tip led officers to the suspect. an overnight fire got so big...
