in the video you see him pull out a gun and start shooting at the building. lewis scott says back in july, alonso perez and his girlfriend were fighting when they tried to come into the office at the peterson motel.. the landlord says he didn't want to let them in because they'd been fighting a lot. so he kept the doors locked. that's when lewis says perez shot up the office. 01:48:28 lewis scott, peterson motel and apartments manager "this guy just has no regard for life at all." butt with 01:54:27 "anyone out there right now that he runs into, approach him." perez escaped from police custody of friday... by slipping out of his handcuffs and running out of the north las vegas police station. he is considered armed and dangerous. overnight, a woman was shot at while driving near the spaghetti bowl! police say she was driving on the 95 when at least one shot hit her car around 2:30 this morning. the suspect took off and police are still looking for the vehicle the person was in. the woman was not hurt.
