more breaking news now an nhp trooper is in serious condition right now after being hit by a vehicle in pahrump. the deputy was on a motorcycle when he got hit. this happened in the area of state routes 372 and 160 before 11 this morning. detectives say the deputy had the motorcycle's lights and sirens on at the time.he is exp. and this just in - the trial is now set for bill cosby. he just walked out of the court room in pennsyl judge set the date for june 5th 2017. he was in court to try and throw some of the evidence out, including a deposition the entertainer gave in a 2005 lawsuit by accuser andrea constand. cosby is charged with three counts of felony aggravated indecent assault right now authorities are trying to track down the person who shot at a woman's car while she was driving! it's a story you'll see only right here on 13 action news. parker collins was fast and first to the scene and tells us

new students.". police in north las vegas are working to figure out what led to a fatal accident... where a motorcyclist hit a woman. officers were called out to the scene near lake mead and civic center around 8-30 last night. the woman was rushed to umc, where she later died. the motorcycle rider had minor injuries. police don't believe alcohol or speed were a factor, and they say the woman was jaywalking when she was hit. meanwhile -- henderson police have an ap on their hands. two people were found dead inside a home near anthem. around 6 last night, officers were called out to do a welfare check at the house, when they found the couple with gunshot wounds. officers tell us the couple is in their late 30's or early 40's. and were called out to the home once in the past year for a domestic dispute. terrifying video of a murder suspect on the run-- you see him pull out a gun and start

alonso perez and his girlfriend were fighting when they tried to come into the office at the peterson motel. the landlord says he didn't want to let them in because they'd been fighting a lot. so he kept the doors locked. that's when lewis says perez shot up the office. perez was arrested on friday as a murder suspect but he escaped. north las vegas police say he should be considered armed and dangerous. another big honor this afternoon for a local olympic clark county commisioners proclaimed today the connor fields day in las vegas and the entire county. fields was on hand at this morning's clark county commission meeting where he also received a key to the las vegas strip. fields won a gold medal in bmx racing. we caught up with fields and here's what he says his biggest inspiration is. 157 the biggest thing i wanna do....2:09 i wanna run(?) fields also told us he's going to do at least one more

at the greene county sheriff's office. turner served only three months behind bars... for raping a woman on campus. this case captured the attention of the nation... when turner was given a short jail sentence. as you can see -- his name now appears in in the online registry as a sex offender. caught on camera -- a group of miami boaters on a fishing trip stumble upon a boat full of cuban refugees... struggling to reach american soil. the migrants were stopped problems. store fire - v a pet store in wisconsin is coping with a major loss after a fire torched their building... they say a tortoise started the fire...and died in it. matilda the tortoise was the mascot of the store. the owner -- dean pipito -- says her cage was in the room where the fire started. he thinks matilda knocked over a heat lamp. pipito was just pulling in to the business to take care of some paperwork when he noticed the flames.
