this video shows the intensity of the flames. apparently.. a gas line kept re- igniting so firefighters were still battling flames about 3-hours after the fire. firefighters also told 13 action news last night the building may have large amounts of asbestos.. so anyone nearby could be in danger of breathing it.. especially one woman who is eight months pregnant. that's also a big reason why many people werent allowed to immediately go back inside samantha hoyer, apartment burned it's crazy how i can't do anything about my own stuff but people can bust out my window firefighters say one person was taken to the hospital. no word on how it started. a group of people are stuck in their homes.... since the elevator at their apartment complex broke.... almost two months ago! but tonight... relief is in sight..... after contact 13 investigative reporter.... stephanie zepelin... got involved. robert myers say the only elevator at the park avenue
