-8- apartment units.... near las vegas boulevard and serene. 13 action news reporter marissa kynaston talked with a woman who says the fire started inside her home. take pkg take sot samantha hoyer, apartment burned i was scared out of my mind. samantha hoyer couldnt believe the intensity of the flames-- coming from inside her apartment unit overnight. but what made matters worse-- sot samantha hoyer i was is eight months pregnant. sot samantha hoyer it's enough hoyer says she was cooking last night-- she stepped out of the room for just a minute-- and says when she got back-- her kitchen was up in flames. but this wasn't the first fire at this complex - in fact, there have been several over the past few years. the former hoa treasurer-- aaron yashoafar-- was indicted back in 2011-- for taking the money meant for repairing the units destroyed by flames. today-- more cleanup-- from another fire. but with possible asbestos-- hoyer hasnt been allowed back
