clark county commissioner steve sisolak and gaming executives. we will tell you the end result was that adelson agreed to remove a proposed 15-percent rate of return. adelson still won't budge on the 750-million dollars worth of public funding. 13 action news political anayst john ralston has all the details in story published on our website... and ahead at today's stadium meeting...that's set to start at 1.....developers will give if they do get a funding plan decided, they'll move onto how to get everything approved by lawmakers. the stadium comittee will also be talking about a tax increase to pay for more police officers. the plan is to raise the sales tax by one-tenth of a percent. that's about an extra penny on every ten dollars you spend. committee leaders say spending
