we have team coverage. jon ralston is standing by. but first... 13 action news reporter.... bryan callahan is live..... near flamingo and paradise.... with the latest on the negotiations bryan.... number one today... developers say they will not support a 39 percent limit on the public contribution to the proposed 65-thousand seat stadium. a committee member referred to that limit as a "deal breaker" on the representatives for sheldon adelson said they public committee members also questioned whether the developers could host 46 events at the stadium in the first... which they termed "aggressive." another big question that could not be answered today was who would pay for potential infrastructure costs around the stadium site. developers saying a lot of that is reliant on the final cost of the stadium... which they admit may not be
