mercury spill....at walter johnson junior high school..... district officials are now admitting some things the needed to be done differently because they had no idea how big this was. parents are coming to the school....to see if anything in their homes have mercury. a philadelphia woman is under arrest after a traffic stop turns violent.... the incident happened last night around 9.... police say officers spotted a stole stop it when the incident escalated. the suspect attempted to ram a police car after running down an officer.... and thats when cops on the scene to opened fire. she then fled the scene, leading officers on a chase.... the suspect was then taken into police custody.... and then taken to temple university hospital. she is expected to be ok. no officers were hurt. a chicago police officer is facing charges after beating a man with a baton two years ago. 31 year old brett kahn appeared

the maverik gas station in june. two suspects-- gerald fuller and adrian johnson...are now facing charges for the teen's death. the victim tells us fuller was with them, and called his uncle because he thought he was going to be robbed. fuller then apparently ran to johnson's car-- while johnson started shooting.
