contaminated with mercury. there was a spill wednesday and environmental protection agency inspectors are now slowly working to give the all clear. it's a somewhat nerve wracking thing for parents to be unsure whether their child's clothes are clean. mercury is a neurotoxin that can cause problems with the nervous system. one father we spoke to expressed real relief when he found out there were no traces of the stuff on his daughters clothes. he says everyone should come get checked. sweet johnson junior high father "we just hope everyone brings in their clothes. you want to see many more cars in the parking lot bringing clothes in, making sure everyone is safe but we did our part and hopefully nothing comes back to bite us." the inspectors will be here in the back of the school tomorrow as well. the district is still making a decision on whether there will be classes monday. reporting live david schuman 13 action news. we get action -- for people living in a downtown apartment complex. today -- park avenue apartments
