headlines across the nation. tonight.. for the first time.. we're learning more about the crime that landed alonso perez in police custody.. twice. 13 action news reporter mahsa details. multiple agencies were searching for perez...after he escaped. the manhunt so frantic... police say... because perez was such a danger. he's accused of opening fire into occupied buildings... on at least two occasions. the first happened...at the end of july. police say... this is perez....in this chilling video. on the other side of the gun -- perez's former landlord. here....you can see perez and his girlfriend arrive. the landlord says he didn't
